Just finished uploading all of the pieces of last week’s call on WordPress SEO for those that purchased them in advance. Emails were sent to all purchasers but if it got lost in the ethernet send in a request to the support desk with a copy of your Paypal receipt.
If you did not pre-order you can still grab a copy today and download it immediately at WordPress SEO Call.
There was a lot of good information given out on that call and comes with my 100% No Questions Asked Guarantee.
Here are just some of the comments I got about the call.

Thank you for your explanation of RSS (Real Simple Syndication) during the Word Press SEO Call. I keep hearing that RSS was important but my befuddled mind kept getting hung up in trying to understand how RSS works. Thanks for the explanation of how to use to grow my blog traffic. I bow to the wisdom of the Master Word Press blogging.

Mike’s expertise shines through in this call. He is generous with his knowledge and explains his tips and techniques clearly and completely. Even though I’m a newbie and non-techie just getting started with WordPress, I understood all of it!
I feel confident I can take what I’ve learned from Mike and put it to work on my new blog.

So if you want to easily get more traffic from the search engines for your WordPress blog go grab the WordPress SEO Call.
Sometimes you just make mistakes. Last night we made a big one so we owe an apology to those that were listening online to our WordPress SEO Call last night. Instant Teleseminar did exactly what we had programmed and finished exactly at 8 pm. Oops.
We were not quite done but we missed hitting the extend button so the technology did exactly what it was programmed for and we got egg on our face.
The good thing is that we still had the other recording and the people who had called in on the phone were not effected. Only the people listening on the web got unceremoniously cut off. For that we apologize.
There was not going to be any replay of this call but we have placed the missing portion that those on the web got cut off from up on our apology page.
The problems have caused us to keep the discount on the recordings, transcripts and various work books until midnight tonight. So if you enjoyed the call and want to be able to refer back to the information again and again (you should) then you can save some money of you order it today.
One of the big things I see a lot of people ignore is tags. Tags have been integrated into the main WordPress install for the last few versions.
Tags gives you some increased internal linking on your blog and another page of content for the search engines to index. This can help you get double listings in the search engines for your targeted keywords.
Yesterday when checking two new blogs that I installed last week it was quite revealing to see that the tag pages were drawing the majority of the visitors. This will change as the blog ages and I do more linking to the actual pages but was quite interesting to see on a brand new blog that the tag pages generated the initial traffic as they ranked higher than the content itself.
This is just one of the topics that we will be discussing on our free WordPress SEO Call – Wednesday at 7 pm edt. You do need to register to attend.
Are you using any dynamic content on your blog? You should be.
No I am not talk about the garbage scraped postings you see all around where you never lift a finger. Good content properly keyword optimized is still the key to generating ongoing visitors and attracting links.
You can use your sidebar to add consistently updating information to make your blog consistently have new content each time the spiders visit allowing your blog to stay fresh in the minds of the spiders.
Quite a few people reading this are probably doing it and don’t realize it.
Do you have your Twitter updating on your sidebar through one of the various plugins available? If you do you are doing this (as long as your Twitter feed is active.)
If you don’t use Twitter, WordPress allows you to add an RSS feed into your sidebar easily. Appropriate RSS feeds are all around you and adding one that fits your topic is quite easy.
This is only one of the little tricks that will be discussed in much more detail on our upcoming free WordPress SEO Call on Wednesday at 7 pm edt.
Tonight at 7 pm edt we will be doing the monthly Blog Talk Radio Show. This month the lesson will be on tweaking your sidebar along with answering any questions you may have on WordPress or blogging.
We scheduled our next class for September 23rd at 7 pm edt on WordPress SEO. This time it will be a free class and we will answer the following questions and more.
# What plugins are absolutely necessary?
# What settings make a difference?
# What types of posts will help me the most?
# How often should I post?
# What are tags and how do they help?
# What linking strategies work the best?
# Why is MyBlogLog a must use site?
# How can RSS feeds help my SEO?
The product Steve and I created from the call we did last week on Keyword Research is now available. Just finished the last uploads this morning.
Keyword Research is the one critical skill you need to master whether you use free or paid traffic. You can complete all the initial keyword research you need using 100% free online tools if you know what you are doing.
We covered
* Why do you need to find the right niche first?
* Where can I find those truly golden nugget keywords for my niche? Get this right and you may need to increase your bandwidth.
* How will I recognize them when I do?
* Why traffic stats are not the biggest concern when doing keyword research? Wasting time, effort and money on non converting keywords is not only frustrating it can be wasteful.
* How much competition is too much? This will let you know in advance exactly how hard you will need to work to get the results you wish.
* How you can tell how good your competition is?
* What is OCI and why should I care?
* What is a keyword tree and why is it important?
So check out Keyword Research and get more traffic for your sites.
Response was great to the keyword call on Wednesday and the people that attended got good actionable information.
The discount was pulled right after the call but because people have asked about it Steve and I decided to allow the discount until we upload the actual product. Once the sales letter is finished the price increases so if you missed it now is the last time for the discount.
This coming Wednesday night we will be doing our tele-class on Keyword Research. The background material is all finished. Besides the option of getting the recording and the transcript everyone that signs up will get the note sheet and resource guide.
To give you a better idea of exactly what we are going to be covering here is the link to download the note sheet whether you sign up or not.
